True North Environmental (True North) is a Joint Venture (JV) between KBL Environmental Ltd. (KBL) and Det’on Cho Management LP.  Both partnering organizations are local NWT companies with Det’on Cho being an indigenous business with 51% ownership of the True North Joint Venture.
